MeshAI provides an agent control plane for monitoring, governing, and ensuring compliance of AI agent deployments. The service includes a dashboard, API, proxy, and SDK.
You are responsible for: keeping your API keys secure, ensuring your use of AI agents complies with applicable laws, and the accuracy of information you provide.
MeshAI processes operational metadata only (token counts, costs, latency). We never store, access, or process the content of your AI agent prompts or completions. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.
We target 99.9% uptime for the API and proxy. Enterprise Plus plans include a custom SLA. The proxy is designed to fail open — if MeshAI is unavailable, your agents continue to work directly with LLM providers.
You retain all rights to your data. MeshAI retains rights to the platform, documentation, and SDK. The Python SDK is MIT licensed.
MeshAI's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. On termination, we delete your data within 30 days (except audit trails retained per legal obligation).
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
